Current date

The current date defines the date used for general ledger transactions for the employee logged in.

To open the Current Date File:

• Select "Files"

• Select "Current Date"

The "Current Date Screen" is displayed.

Current Date

The “Current Date” is generally blank and the system date is used for general ledger transactions.  The current date should only be filled in to have a specific date used for general ledger transactions.  The “Current Date” should be blanked out after the special transactions are recorded.
